Should I take a SATA 6Gb / s Intel SSD for a mother with SATAII and an AMD770 chipset?

In general, everything is described in detail in the title.
I want to take this SSD here , but there are serious doubts about compatibility with my desktop. (Mother MSI 870-G45)

First, it's SATAII. However, there is a lot of information on the Internet about this: just a slight decrease in the nominal speed, that is, in theory, a SATA3 SSD plugged into SATA2 will not be a problem, but for all that, I think it’s right to ask again. Just in case.

Second, it's an AMD chipset. I will take an SSD for the first time and read a lot of general information on them, more than once I came across stories about the incompatibility of a particular model with a particular motherboard. I did not find any information on this SSD on my chipset (or similar). There is a very funny .pdf on the Intel website, in which I expected to see all sorts of recommendations, but not like this.

In general, I'm waiting for an answer and thank you in advance to everyone :)

There is nothing to worry about, there are no compatibility problems, and the speed will pleasantly surprise you even on SATAII.

If there is no question of price, then everything will be fine, and in the future it will be possible to reconnect it to a newer controller, having received an increase in speed

Take it. SATA is backwards compatible, you'll notice a significant speed boost, plus if you upgrade your hardware in the future and SATAIII comes along, you won't have to buy a new drive to use it to its fullest.
