Should I study 1C Bitrix?

Hello.
I am a beginner web programmer. Recently I improved my knowledge of PHP and there was a desire to master some framework or CMS well. The choice fell on 1C-Bitrix, however, after reading the reviews from the developers, there was some kind of ambiguous impression.
Question: is it worth learning this CMS or choosing a framework? If a framework, which one?

if programming skills are high, that you yourself can interpret the conditions for the customer, then no. do not learn Bitrix.
but if it's average, then the lion's share of web studios works only with Bitrix. because it's handy when it comes to web studio. tobish and stamp any sites on one Bitrix. and later support is convenient for content and SEO specialists who work in the same studio.

Not the right way of thinking. You cannot choose between a framework and a CMS - these are not comparable things. You need to know both. Each project has its own toolkit.
