Should I sign an NDA during the workshop?

Hello.
I decided to take a workshop for beginners in one office, along with the questionnaire they sent a document on non-disclosure of confidential information. Why sign it, no one in the office can clearly explain, especially for passing a regular workshop.

Yes, sign. Obviously, otherwise you will not be accepted. Signing an NDA is standard practice. You learn something that cannot be divulged, and you cannot divulge.

Read the documents and most importantly understand them. That's actually all.
They cannot demand something global from you. This is not a state office and not an army where you can fly into a restricted category.
