Salary based on experience?

I was looking for some statistics that would display salary (from minimum to maximum) on the amount of experience by region, but I never found it, because everywhere there is only a dependence of salary on skill level (junior, middle, senior, lead), which not quite suitable, because there is a huge spread in salaries for different qualifications.
Is there such a statistic?
What is the approximate salary for a person (Ruby stack) with 2 years of experience in Moscow time?
The question arose of finding a job, but it is difficult to determine the market salary.
I understand that everything depends on qualifications, so I ask for the minimum, maximum and, if possible, the average.

They don't think so. You can spend 10 years in a state office on the support of an ancient system built on 3 php. Is your experience relevant to current development realities?

The duration of experience does not directly affect the skill, so they pay for skills
. There are also seniors with a year of experience with salary under 300k

Well, here's the problem. Yes, you have 2 years of experience, but a person who has 1 year of experience is better than you. Do you pay more?

2 years is an average June, around 90-120, I think.

Salary based on experience?

Does not depend. Income depends on the quality of the experience. If you have 20+ years of experience, but only on business card sites, your level is hardly higher than a junior.

You are not paid for knowledge or experience!
And for how well you do your job. Well, the time you spend on it.
Quality. Speed. That's what's important!

And what prevents you from having a remote interview to determine your level and cost? Approximate requirements Fork 60-120. But at 120 you need not only qualifications, but also soft skills. Ability to be responsible for the task, work in a team, communicate with the product owner. Know all sorts of Scrums and Agiles.
When applying to an outsource company, you can ask for 100-300 bucks on top for a good level of English.
Well, everything is decided by the presentation of oneself at the interview and the requirements of each specific company. I have 300 questions to determine the level of the candidate according to 8 possible positions, but not everyone has this. Get into the interviewer experience, make a good impression and get a better offer
