Is it possible to unofficially get an offline job in IT (without a passport)?

I lost my passport a year ago, I can’t restore it, because the police are looking for (no) for deviating from military service. I want to get a job in a normal front-end IT company (react, vue) / nodejs+cpp-backend / full stack (a normal one is one in which they at least understand that Jquery is an outdated technology, and git is more convenient than in Skype archives). Is it possible to do this without an official device and so on? That is, he came, worked, received money, no formalities, and no taxes for the company.
Since all the company's norms are concentrated in Moscow / St. Petersburg, in order to conduct an offline interview, you will need to come, and this is far + the risk that they will not take it. Do companies conduct online interviews?
Of course, it would be ideal to find a remote job, but something tells me that the interview there is also offline. (or not ?).
A little about myself (this is important for a better understanding of the issue): in short, according to the level of knowledge and experience, I could work as a sinior, but I get a job as a Junior.
I understand that the question is individual and depends on the specific company.
But perhaps someone can answer this question based on the knowledge of how most organizations treat those who get hired by them. Are they ready to take on a more skilled developer, but make concessions, or will they take a developer who has recently completed courses with one project that he did in the same courses.

Well, Senior, listen to what June tells you :)
If there is no active search phase from the police, just like you have to go to the army, then you can get a passport - you don’t need anything from the military registration and enlistment office. It is also not necessary for registration, although they ask and even insist to go. Regarding employment, the risk is the same with a passport, that they will not take it and also travel far.
But not in a big office for sure (what the hell are you), but in a small one you can ... To informally start getting settled, you can resort to a method not from HeadHunter to pull options, but personally contact the manager, so I described my method - How I I was looking for a job on vc.ru and in social networks I
recommend:
- start with VC (why you will see from the link above)
- write honestly, but still sell your value first, and don’t throw out the whole picture with a passport.
Like it - agree.

Not a problem at all unofficially.
Only you are not a senior, because your life experience = 0.

So first you need to understand how you are hiding from the police and why. If you are hiding from subpoenas, this is one thing, but if you didn’t appear on the subpoena, then Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is up to 2 years, and since you are hiding for a year, you have every chance of 2 years.
