Should I send a scanned copy of my passport to PayPal?

I would like to know what problems may arise if I throw a scan of my passport on paypal
. I have a partially identified account that I have been using for about a year. I receive payments of about $ 500 a week and immediately withdraw them to the bank
But recently it turned out that I received an amount of 90,000 rubles at a time and paypal blocked my account until I threw my passport because it exceeded the balance limit of 60k for partially -identified akov
I would like advice from knowledgeable people on what I should do. If I throw away my passport, will there be problems with the tax? For from these payments I did not pay taxes. Or you should register a new account on PayPal and make sure not to exceed the limit. I get about 100k r per month and I do not exceed the withdrawal limits
And just do with an income of about 100k a month, should I worry about the tax, because. do these payments come as simple transfers from sweden?

Are you saying that you are an anonymous account holder at the bank? If not, then throw your passport, because if there are problems with the tax, they will arise more likely from the bank than from paypal.

It is logical that in order not to have problems with the tax, you need to leave Russia and in six months you will become a non-resident and are not required to pay taxes in Russia.
It is forbidden to open a second account in your country and this is a direct path to blocking
