Should I go to Moscow to continue my studies in college?

I live in Smolensk. The population is 330 thousand people. But I will say right away that I do not intend to live in this city in the future.
The city is bankrupt, you can’t find a normal job, salaries are low, prices for food / clothing / equipment (however, for almost everything) are higher than in Moscow, and salaries with Moscow cannot be compared.
My parents have recently moved to Moscow, they live and work there. Over the past few years, my father, a programmer, has changed several jobs in our city, at the last he was left without vacation pay (the salary was gray). Actually after that, he decided that there was nothing to do in Smolensk.
I also plan to become a programmer.
At the moment I am a first-year student at a technical school in this specialty, a teacher in computer science has already noticed me as a good student and programmer. In February, I participated in a competition that took place inside the technical school. The students presented their programs. There was the only freshman in this competition, among the third or fourth, and took second place, with a C # program that receives an image from St. Petersburg webcams that are aimed at bridges, broadcasts it, and using this image determines whether the bridge is closed or divorced.
After studying at a technical school (well, apparently going to the army), I plan to look for work in Moscow and move there.
There are relatives in Smolensk, with whom I can live in peace, completing my studies here. I also don’t want to leave my friends living here (however, it’s all the same to friends, to be honest, it’s a pity to leave the girl here :) )
Parents suggested after the new year, or from the 3rd year, try to transfer to Moscow College.
Actually to the essence of the question:
Is it worth finishing the last years of study at the Moscow College, and will there be any significant advantages in this? Or can you complete your studies in Smolensk, and then try to find a job in Moscow?

To get comfortable, you can move. Here, many write about expensive entertainment, but in Smolensk you will not earn money for these entertainments, but in Moscow it is easier with this. And while a student, you can easily do without expensive hobbies. But you can get comfortable, find a job, so that by graduation you already know where you will go and what you will do there. I moved to Moscow at the age of 16, I do not regret it. If I had gone later, I would have missed a lot. But it's up to you to decide, I didn't have a hard choice between Moscow and a girl.

Just for the sake of college - definitely not worth it.
For what else is another matter.

If you don’t plan to work there immediately after the move, then it’s not worth it, because. transport, entertainment, etc. it's 100% more expensive, you'll just spend more while you're studying.

You can send your resume to colleges, perhaps they will accept it on good terms.
And move in with a girl.
