Should I get a MacBook Air 13 Early 2014 i5 8GB SSD 128GB?

I myself am a first-year student, I plan to master the frontend. I took a closer look at the MacBook Air 13, but since the student himself, there is not much money. It turned up possible to take a MacBook Air 13 Early 2014 for 13,000 hryvnia (32,500 rubles) in almost perfect condition. Or are there any other alternatives with about the same cost (up to 35,000 rubles)? The priority is probably still autonomy and weight. This poppy is located in my city, I can meet and fully check it. Here are the specifications, 255 charge cycles5c6f21970fb40837567968.jpeg

Well, 13k norms price for Ukraine, you can take it. There are no autonomy / weight analogues (in this price range), the battery still runs.
