Should I create my own SaaS company?

There is my Saas-service for foreign customers, there are small sales, but so far not enough. I don't have my own company and brand yet, so "Copyright 2014 Vasya Pupkin" hangs on the site. I do not live recently in Russia and, accordingly, I am not its tax resident. And, therefore, taxes should not be paid from the site, right?
However, I want to open a company in Singapore or Hong Kong because they are closest to me, I have more information about them and it is easiest to open a company there. Perhaps there are options to do this in other countries, but, whatever one may say, in terms of ease of doing business, Singapore is now in 1st place, and Hong Kong is in 3rd, statistics can be found on the Internet. For one person - me, without an office. I want to open in order to:
1) create my own brand-brand under which to work:
a) freelance and
b) put copyright on the site (and on others too) already under it - the company. I think that this will increase the trust of customers and increase their number.
2) Still, having my own company, I will already be listed as officially working, albeit receiving a small income. This will open the door to travel visas and credit cards.
3) Perhaps there are some other advantages, please name them, who knows.
Cons:
a) time
b) money to open and maintain
it c) fiddling with it in the future. Although, as I am assured, there is little paperwork.
Does it make sense for me to open such a company?

It seems to me that it makes sense to open when the service is more popular, and now you don’t need to concentrate on the company, you need to concentrate on marketing and technology.
Invent a company right now and set its copyrights, the time will come and you will register it.

Draw a MindMap and paint all the pros and cons in great detail, spend a few hours working through and googling all the branches, get some sleep. I always do this on responsible steps. No one knows the situation better than you (you might have missed something).
The point with visas is quite weighty, I would have issued it (and in general, judging by me, this is a good feeling - even driving is working when you are the owner of something).
