Should I contact a publisher with a beta version of a mobile app?

Good day to all!
I am developing my first game for iOS. I'm going to contact the publisher, but now the game is about 70% developed - there are 2 modes left to complete, as well as add sound and soundtrack.
Is it worth it to contact the publisher now and show the beta version of the application and tell what will be in the final version, or should it be completed to the end and only then apply?

You probably don't have Facebook and Twitter. Retina-non-retina you probably have no difference. You don't have localization. There are no settings either. There are no saves either. There are no tools. There is no auto update. There is also no integration with the appstore. Your sources are probably in some kind of crooked and unsuitable for maintaining form. Will the publisher do all this work for you? Of course not.
