Should I clean sources after updating Ubuntu?

After upgrading from 18.10 to 19.04, some kind of garbage appeared in Sources:

What sources are from the previous version. Some "disabled on". It turns out that in a few updates I will have 100 sources in general ...
I like when everything is clean (before that there were literally 5-6 sources). Can this be removed or not touched?

Source code can be deleted, these are source codes, if you are not going to collect, you can delete it, the rest is at your discretion, you need one or another ppa
