A completely pointless purchase, this graphics card in 2021 can do absolutely nothing. I think it is now weaker than many built-in processors.
It's better to save up for something at least at the level of gt 730, they have at least a decent amount of video memory.

Looking for what purpose to buy. As a plug - well, if there is no built-in one - it will do.
For games - well, only if there are no alternatives.
Better options - anything with a newer production date and lineup

But if you have no other options, then what is the question?
To draw the interface of the system and the browser is enough, for classic games like Halfa or there CS is enough.
