Should I buy Nexus 5 D821 or save money and get D820?

Hello.
Decided to buy Nexus 5 32GB. Delivery from America of the D820 version (which does not support Russian LTE) costs about 15000, ordering the D821 version from 17000 from the most dubious intermediaries.
I would like to know opinions whether it is worth overpaying for LTE support and how things are with this type of communication in Russia (more specifically, in St. Petersburg) and what are the immediate prospects?

I don’t know how it is in St. Petersburg, but in Moscow HSPA is faster and more stable (and the coverage area is larger) than LTE. Tested on Samsung SM-T315 and Nexus 7 (2013) LTE. I'm sorry I overpaid.

Personally, I think that LTE on a smartphone is not really needed, unless, of course, you are going to distribute the Internet through it. 3G is good enough for surfing. Enough speed for everything.
I myself use HTC One and a St. Petersburg megaphone, so I know what I'm talking about. And yes, another ambush of the St. Petersburg MF (like they promised to fix it), that either LTE and ONLY data, or 3G and data + voice.
But LTE works, yes. The speed is good.
