Should I buy macbook pro retina 2014 (mgx72)?

I decided to buy a macbook, I chose this particular model. Key Features:

  1. SSD
  2. retina
  3. The weight
  4. macOS
  5. thirteen"

The question is that the key characteristics just arouse suspicion.
  • They say that this particular model is equipped with the most short-lived SSD
  • According to reviews, the display matrix of some models remembers the image if the screen does not change the picture for a long time, like screen burn-in in the old days
  • Inability to upgrade memory, heard a lot that 8 GB of RAM is not enough for large files in Photoshop

The question is, is there a model that will cover my needs (at least partially) and at the same time will meet the request.
Thanks for the advice!

will not go to Windiws voluntarily))) ) Thank you all for your answers!

I'm also about to take MBPro. Actually, the choice is purely for your tasks. I have the prerogative both for design (PS, AE, AI and even Premier), and for development (Xcode and analogues), as well as other software (the same browser). In view of all this, my choice fell on the 13-inch Z0RB000B4. Of course, it costs twice as much as the MGX72, but I have already convinced myself many times that it is better to buy more expensive.
By the way, I really heard a lot about the problems of your choice. Looks like the model is unsuccessful, but running due to "accessibility".

Well, the ssd will die, just change it under warranty.
does not remember, and if it remembers, then you will change it under warranty, to be honest, I have not seen such a bug for many years.
8 gigs are not enough for you, take 16

I've been using a Macbook 13 Retina for a year now. The flight is excellent, there is enough power for everything, so you can safely take it. SSD is of course desirable 256+.
