Should I buy ImpactJS?

Yesterday I came across an interesting JS engine that allows you to make 2D and 3D games.

Here's the question: I'm interested in it and I want to buy it. Is it worth it?
I have knowledge of JS, but as a beginner, creating a game will require both design and coding.
Are there tutorials for this engine? What difficulties may arise?

Is there a free version? Download and study. If not, then it might be worth looking at options for engines that have free builds as well. And it's like a pig in a poke...
