Write a letter to the seller. On eBay, everyone cares a lot about their rankings, and as such, they respond fairly quickly.
I ordered a device, and it didn’t come for two months (somehow I didn’t bother). I recently came to my senses and wrote to them. They clarified the address, and it turned out that they inadvertently sent it to the wrong address. Now they offer me several options on how to make amends, if only I didn’t leave them a bad review.
