Should a novice programmer take a poppy?

Hello everyone, I need advice, I'm a beginner programmer and I'm starting to program in Python. I saw a new poppy on an arm processor and wondered if it was worth the money? With money, things are like this: from the 9th grade, 1.5 years, I saved up money and saved up 100 rubles, and now the situation is with the choice of a laptop (preferably an ultrabook). While I'm thinking about ordering a macbook air m1 for 256 gb

do not feel sorry for the money - take it: you will immediately get used to the good.
but macbooks on arm now are a dark horse. I would take on intel.

No
Specifically, mac will not help you develop in python, but as hardware, macs are very good, although for that kind of money you can find normal pc hardware.
Speaking specifically as a python developer, then macos will create more problems for you, not because it is mac, but because most instructions are more often written for windows on pc, (not only that, for linux machines, in general, everything will just be like a developer, build an environment, select libraries and versions, etc.)
