Shim Lenovo LV5075A, can I use another manufacturer?

Good day, the service said that I had a power supply switch burnt out, Lenovo LV5075A and offered an alternative to replacing the motherboard with an i7, because they can’t find such a switch, of course I found something similar to Ali and other sites

But they have a different last line ( after gov), even if the manufacturer is Lenovo, what does it mean and is it possible to use something different from the original?

@Alenorze

Yes, you can.
The last line is the internal code of the factory or batch or release date or what the heck, in general, insignificant information.
