Sharing to classmates cuts anchors (#something) - how to get around?

There is a task - to share a link to a resource in classmates. The link contains an anchor with parameters for the js application. For sharing to classmates, I used the url:
http://www.odnoklassniki.ru/dk?st.cmd=addShare&st....
I tried to directly transfer the link, I tried to encode with encodeURIComponent() anyway, after sharing, everything after # , together with the lattice. Is there any way to overcome this?

Tech support hasn't responded yet.
We decided the subject with a bicycle = transfer and subsequent replacement in the get-parameter script like ?myredirect.
That is, we fumble the link /megasite/?myredirect=/coolpage , and then in the script we change the address to /megasite/#/coolpage

Link shorteners will help, like bit.ly
