Sharing a PC screen on a raspberry, what's the best way?

The office has projectors and TV panels for broadcasting, you plug in an HDMI cord into your laptop and voila.
Purpose: to get rid of the laces for broadcasting the desktop of laptops (windows OS), to provide a simple (minimal main setup) connection, without additional moderation.
Task: To distribute working options for connecting without working out security issues. Preferences (metric priorities):

  1. ̶P̶r̶o̶s̶t̶a̶t̶a̶ Simplicity main setup
  2. Price
Please help with a cape of options or working out mine, option 1.
Option 1: Connect Raspberry to the screen (projector, TV), raspberry connects via VNC viewer to the VNC server deployed on the laptop. The connection command and the server address are transmitted via http. Implementation:
  1. Build windows installer for installing VNC server with config and firewall rules.
  2. On Raspberry, deploy a web application that receives the IP address of the server as input, publishing the installer, p.1. At the exit, we launch the VNC viewer with the necessary parameters.
