Sh:can't access tty; job control turned off?

I watched a movie, suddenly everything hung, I had to reboot (mechanically). When restoring the system, it displays a black screen with the inscription:
mount: /new_root: can't read superblock on /dev/sda2
You are now being dropped into an emergency shell
sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
[rootfs] #
Don't write about reinstallation (I myself know how), the computer has important files for me. Help, please, who faced the same (or similar) problem
