How to restore boot record with manjaro?

There is Windows, near manjaro. At one point, the manjaro stopped loading, the entry with it disappeared in the boot menu. I tried to restore grub from a flash drive - it didn’t work, he does not see any OS. In easyuefi from under Windows, there is no boot record with manjaro. Using a flash drive with manjaro, I opened the list of bootloaders, found manjaro in it and booted up. Efibootmgr gives the normal order of entries, manjaro there. How to restore normal boot? Windows is loaded by default.

Perhaps you need to disable Secure Boot in the BIOS?
