SFTP: where are the sites on TimeWeb hosting?
Today I faced the problem of finding my sites on TimeWeb hosting when connecting to it via SFTP.
The essence of the problem
The fact is that earlier I always used FTP, and that was enough for me. When you connect to a hosting server according to this standard, you immediately find yourself in a folder with all the files of your sites. Roughly speaking, it is impossible to make a mistake and go "in the wrong place", since you have been granted access exclusively to this folder, and you will not see anything above.
It’s a completely different matter if you decide to connect via SFTP: you will see the root folder of the server with a lot of folders, among which it’s not easy to find a folder with your sites. To be more precise, this is basically impossible if you don't know the exact location of your sites folder. Such are the rules of the security system.
This is exactly what I encountered when I first connected to the TimeWeb hosting server via SFTP. So how do you solve this problem?

The solution to the problems turned out to be quite simple: when connecting to the server, you must specify the "start folder", focusing on the following template:
By going to this address, you immediately get to the very folder where all the files of your sites are located.
That's all the solution to the problem) I wish you all successful development; )
