Setting up user groups in 1C-Bitrix?

I have 2 sites in Bitrix, but each administrator can accidentally change another site through the panel.
I want to separate administrators:
1 main - can manage two sites
1 group - manages only the first site
2 group - manages only the second site
I would be glad for detailed help in this matter! Viber, Skype, Team Speak, etc.

Use extended rights. Each infoblock can be assigned separate groups that have the right to edit it. Also, each module can be assigned to groups that have access to it joxi.ru/v29Ne4YS1RgaAG

You don't do this by default. The user budget is the same for all sites.
