I added a component for detailed news viewing (the one in the right column)

But this component also began to be reflected in the news list:

How to fix this problem?
That is, to separate the components in such a way that there are these and these components, and here only this one, for example.

As far as I understand from the screenshots, you added the component for "You may also be interested" directly in the /news/index.php file?
If you are using a complex news component, then the "You may also be interested" component should be placed in the element.php file of the news component.
