Is there an analogue for UCOZ?

Is there an analogue to Yukoza?
The time has come when yukoz does not take out my new sites.
Both in terms of speed and the lack of php support, the lack of database management capabilities.
But there are a lot of things I like about Yukose, for example, clear templating and one single css.
When I went to wordpress and joomla, I was amazed how many templates and databases there are.
Is there something simple like yukoz, only with php, database support? But with support for the same features as Yukoz, including especially the Articles Directory, Users, Comments modules?

Note: UCOZ is a platform that provides not hosting, but SAS (Software As Servise). From here, it’s impossible to work with her for serious projects.

With a little understanding of WordPress, you can solve 90% of all your tasks. WordPress is not much more complicated than uCoz, and the possibilities are almost endless.

If you don’t have much knowledge, but you want to make a website, you can google “website builder” and choose the one you like.
And so you were answered above about Wordpress, CMS solve any issues, and they are free.
If you don't like wordpress, check out Joomla too, no big deal) You can watch video tutorials if you have difficulties with the same installation.
I personally started with Drupal in 2008, there are so clumsy topics that I learned php)) You can also look)
