Setting up the Arena medical program?

Good day. Maybe someone has come across or is working with the arena medical program. The bottom line is that you need to connect a honeywell 1900 barcode scanner at home. And that when scanning, the information would be sent to the computer with the "arena" program. If anyone has come across this, tell me where to dig, what ports to forward.
