Setting up aws c load balancing, how to set up shared storage?

The project has a seasonal load, so the capacities are idle. We decided to switch to AWS with a load balancer. It seems that everything is set up and working, but how to make for all instances a common storage for user storage files?
I create an ELASTIC BLOCK STORE, connect it to instance, it works, when another instane is created, then store is created. And it is necessary that the files were shared.
