Setting up apache for webserver on linux?

Share resources, preferably in Russian, on setting up apache on linux.
I installed kubuntu 16.04.2 a couple of weeks ago and after a test drive I decided to switch to Linux.
A colleague said that on Linux you need to configure apache so that there are no surprises, for example with file downloads, I don’t remember what he called it, but this is not solved by simply installing the lamp.

The easiest option for you. True, there is Nginx + PHP-FPM. Put VestaCP even easier.
And in general it's all there is a search. You want text, you want video.
