Setting up an authorizer on the router?

There is an authorization tp link mr3020 (on openwrt), provider Cabinet. To access the network, you need to start the computer and enable the authorizer. I know that you can somehow connect via vpn on the router, but they say that the quality of the connection is deteriorating.
How can I implement an authorizer on openwrt?
Maybe there are some alternatives?

Use VPN, forget about "they say that the quality of the connection is deteriorating" - all this is from the evil one.
