Setting up a homegroup?

There are three PCs on the home network. 2 destops and one laptop. on all machines freshly installed Windows 10. Desktops are connected to the router with a cable, a laptop through a waffle.
On the first desktop I create a home group. I share the disk for HomeGroup User$ and for HomeUser. the second desktop connects without problems, but the laptop does not.
those. sees the home group, connects to it, but there is no access to the disk.
at the same time, he did the same in the seven and in the eight. everything worked without problems.
and in the top ten, even kill yourself against the wall. At the same time, the search engines do not give out anything worthwhile.
If anyone has experienced something similar, please chime in. Well, if someone decided to trouble, then your decision is generally priceless.

1. Why a home group within your own network? I do not understand if you only want to share the folder.
2. Just share the disk - turn off password-protected access if necessary and set the permission for everyone. Check more advanced sharing options on the laptop that can't connect.
