Google Keep and Evernote - you won't find a better solution than them

Evernote in the furnace, nasty engine. Instead, it is better to try the much lighter Microsoft OneNote, which is also available for three popular mobile platforms, two for desktop, and for the rest, a web version.
If you need a notebook-notebook, I suggest Simplenote. But it is not available under Windu at all, only the web version.
Google Keep. Well, I do not know, I do not advise. This is such a wall hung with PostIts, in which the devil will break his leg. Although now it has become much better than at the launch of the service.
For every little thing, I personally, yes, use Keep. For Something Serious OneNote

If you have mobile phones on android, then you are not here. You to the wars.
And for Android there is Google Keep native.

Evernote - yes, but it's not very "light".
Notes - rather notes, but you can try.
Slack is a chat in general, but your tasks will also be solved + interaction with a colleague (sharing records).
In the latter, by the way, you can try to Enable the export of records to another "notebook", perhaps even to Evernote.
