Sets of articles on Windows (xp, 7), MS Office, FineReader, etc

Good day.

There is a need to make local storage ala FAQ for users. Quite detailed, because there are users 60+, even simple actions are somewhat difficult for them.
You need to somehow more or less automatically populate the wiki base ( ScrewTurn Wiki ) for users with operations like

  • printing and printing options
  • windows settings, like switching layouts, etc.
  • classic errors “my password does not match”, etc.
  • Easy operations with FineReader and other office applications
  • ...

Light googling did not give much result.
It is clear that the path to the forehead is to score from some resource with copy-paste. We have put this option aside for the time being.

Can anyone come across?
In passing: how do you organize a certain FAQ on simple actions for a PC?

PS: ready to write scripts / programs for automatic filling / reformatting under Win / nix. If you give me an idea in which direction to dig…
Unfortunately, it’s better not to change the wiki engine… The management has already approved it…

Thank you!

IMHO such things should be filled with help desk employees. That is, a call: the password does not fit, after answering, following the latest traces, throw in a simple article on the topic and show the user where next time if he forgets, you can watch
