setlocale(LC_ALL, ".Russian"); does not work what to do?

Here, I tried everything! I even changed the font in the console, NOT-THAT! It seems that I changed the encoding (*like * I don’t know where to look) I’ve been looking for 3 hours on the forums, etc.

Right click on the console and change the font to lucida console.
