Services for renting licensed films?

A geektimes level question, not a habr.
Problem: Went to Deadpool and found I didn't get the joke: they require a good knowledge of English slang and an understanding of fast slurring.
What licensed content rental services have similar fresh content in Russian? Preferably in FullHD quality.
I went to Google Play - it says "This movie cannot be bought or rented." Apparently they don't want my money.

Services in bulk, google .
Money is needed, and many services rent films. One "but": new films on these services will always appear several weeks/months later after the premiere in theaters. And on some services, the rental (and not the purchase) of the film will be available even later. And the creators / copyright holders can, in principle, be understood, the mass of people who will be unbearable will pay both 500 rubles and 1000 rubles for a movie ticket. Only a few will pay 1000 rubles for watching mass-produced Hollywood on the monitor. It is not profitable for the film industry as a whole to transfer viewers from cinemas to their apartments.
