Rendering at 100% but not finishing with Adobe Premiere?

Hello, the video is about 8-9 GB, set to render 1080p - 7.7 CBR. The render went to the end at 100% (2 hours) and still 30 minutes does not end. Is that how it should be? What do I need to do to speed up, maybe the render was not set correctly? Newbie, new to Premiere. Give advice please.

Check disk loading.
After 100%, the mixing of video and audio into one file starts.
You can't see progress though.
