Received video via viber/bluetooth does not play. What is the reason and how to solve the problem?

Есть 2 одинаковых телефона на Android
Если на 1м телефоне снять видео и переслать на 2й (через viber/bluetooth/etc.), то не все видео воспроизводятся (любым плеером). Пишет: "Неподдерживаемое разрешение видео"
Кто сталкивался с таким?
P.S. Google не помог
P.S.S. iPhone не куплю
