Services for converting PSD to HTML - is it good?

On the sites of such services, they write that they are converting to a workable site and it is cheap. I was somewhat skeptical about this. I would like to hear reviews, can anyone use such services?

Yeah, and the engine will be installed and uploaded to the hosting :)
There are free ones, look and check.
They don't do anything good. Everything is different and everything is crooked.
It all depends on the psd. Some stupidly render in layers and the output is html porridge. Some render almost a background image inserted into the html mess. Well, etc.

Can layout be converted to HTML? Can.
Is it possible to convert the layout to HTML competently and cross-browser? It is possible if the coder is engaged in this, and not the service.

Starting with Vista, .net framework 2.0 is built into Windows, in win7 with updates it is already 3.5. You can safely write in C # by choosing the desired version of .net
