There are hundreds of domains from different registrars, the same number of SSL certificates.

It is impossible to monitor all of them manually, is there an automated service?

Hm. maybe a plugin with reminders in the project / ticket manager / well, or a regular scheduler.
Plus, usually registrars send soap to the contact mail about the imminent expiration.
well, or make your own script - plaintext output from the system whois can be parsed by hand / script, but, most likely, they a) have some kind of api, b) you can contact one of your registrars to give access, if necessary, to the api that checks the availability and status of the domain when trying to check it on their site
