Service for determining the ip address?

A couple of months ago, in some of the topics in the comments, a wonderful service for determining IP slipped through, it is remarkable in that it gives out clear text: ip, http headers, depending on the request parameters, ideal for scripts working through a proxy, can anyone tell me ??
A cursory search yielded no results.
