Service for creating and storing screenshots with tags and teamwork?

We need a service for creating and storing screenshots, which:
1) Allows immediately after taking a screenshot - to tag it and place it in a category
2) Can simply take screenshots (one or three clicks), including individual fragments, and not just the entire page
3 ) Works as a service, or a browser extension or a separate program
4) Have centralization - the ability of the team to access the screenshots made and the ability to store screenshots in a single repository.
5) It is desirable to be not expensive :)
