How to set up vpn?

I'm trying to connect to vpn on DigitalOcean, which I created according to the instructions habrahabr.ru/company/infopulse/blog/183628
But, it gives an error

Everything seems to be written here ... authentication failed. Either wrong login and password, or... wrong password and login.
