Service for collective commenting on images (website layouts, etc.)

Task:
- interactively show customers site layouts or the sites themselves with their own comments and the customer's ability to add a comment;
- comment on the work that I order. I

am looking for a service to solve these problems. Minimum requirements:
- functionality in Lebedev's business lynch style - add a baloon with a comment;
- completely free;
- the ability to restrict the rights to view and comment (private rooms);
is a web-only solution. The customer will not install plug-ins in his browser or bookmarklets;

Desirable:
- the ability to specify a site for uploading and taking a screenshot

Found a review article, but most of the solutions presented there are either paid, or implemented as plug-ins, or have already died in general (like the notorious lynchel).

What do you use to solve such problems?

I use www.conceptboard.com great stuff . They give a lot of space for free, if, after agreement with the Customer, you delete layouts and insert new ones, a free account should be enough for you. If you want to keep the archive, you will have to fork out.

Google Drive has the ability to collectively comment on images. In this case, registration is needed, but since most people have a Google account, this should not be a problem. Another limitation is the ability to view and comment on only one image per page.

There is a guest entrance without registration. So it's quite convenient for customers who don't even have a Gmail account. Plus, I would not compare the functionality of Google Drive and a service specially created for this, where you can draw all sorts of lines and convert comments into lists there, so that the client can see how his edits are quickly eliminated.

At one time, I asked the same question and after studying a lot, I settled on redpen.io.
Its minimalism and convenience are worth the money that is required for a subscription.

There is a service whoision.com is free, with humor, assembled on the knee, but it does its job. I know that the Sibiriks web studio uses it, perhaps this is their project.
Another very powerful and free (there are limitations) concept.ly service . I use it myself and recommend it to others! :)
UPD: You can also comment on the Moqups.com prototyping service . You can upload pictures and comment on them, there is a free plan with restrictions.

There is an excellent designgo.io service where you can upload layouts for free that will be displayed in 1x1 in the size of the picture, and reflect the functionality of Lebedev's business lines. you can poke a demo project and everything will become clear.
and screenshots from sites can be done with this thing https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/take-web...
and then uploaded to the service, that's how I work
