Service/Constructor for creating non-technical documentation?

I can't find a constructor/cms/service for creating and hosting non-technical documentation/tutorials/how-to's with a decent design and formatting capability.
I work in a small company and need to do how-to's, company policy and other information, and I'm too lazy to type up the site myself :(
Googled - didn't find it,
have you met this one before?

@goodpoint

Take any generator of static sites (here there are a lot of options just for documentation) and host using GitHub pages or GitLab pages.
This is how I made a knowledge base for our English club on mkdocs . "gitlab.io" looks a bit funny in the address of the knowledge base of a project not related to IT at all, but the main thing is that everything is simple and reliable (and free).
