Server room on the balcony, how to equip?

Good evening, everyone who reads this question.
There are two servers, lying around in the closet, got through the pull.
DELL POWEREDGE R710, DELL POWEREDGE R610
We moved to a new apartment and there is a rather spacious balcony, I want to make a mini-server room there, the servers will work not just like that, but for the game server one game at a time.
In addition to the servers, there will also be a switch in the hut, a router and a "box for cameras"
The temperature is there, just below room temperature at the moment, what factors should be taken into account when creating such a server room, what problems can there be, and is it even worth it?
It is more profitable to keep it at home, because the prices are lower for electricity and access to the network.

How I did it:
- insulated loggia + warm good windows
- estimate the height of the cabinet in units and its depth, buy the necessary cabinet
- output electricity and twisted pair to the loggia
- think over the cooling of the cabinet
For almost a year of operation, no problems have been identified at the current stage of modernization:
- due to the closed closet door, little dust accumulates there, even with open windows in the summer (as I understand it, your floor affects, the higher the better)
- there is no cooling at all at the moment and there are no overheating problems either (switch and laptop are the hottest, but no more than 40 degrees)

The worst thing is condensation, temperature, short circuit.
That is, it is necessary to provide for climate control and fire safety!
(the rest - you have everything)

Climate. In summer - sunlight, heating. Cold in winter, damp in autumn-spring. Plus dust. If you open the windows. You need a good thermobox. + distance from the sides of the radiators. Well, they will make a lot of noise.
It is not profitable to install servers at home, even just for electricity and the Internet.

And the cable channel to the balcony - how? And the force will still need to be brought there. So I don’t really see any problems, except for bringing power and networks to the balcony - I buy a half-height floor rack (or even a cabinet), all this beaver is mounted into it - and voila.

if "servers" - then they make noise, bastards. So the soundproofing...

Neighbors must be considered. For howling 24x7 outside the windows, they will not say "thank you" to you.

on the balcony - not an option in the summer heat, winter condensation. At my house in the veranda I stood and worked at +35 and at -25, I replaced 3 conduits in 4 years. But I do not have a server, but a home PC "tower". Screws are hard only - a lot of bad-s

If the noise doesn't bother you and your neighbors.
Then you only need a rack (cabinet) and condo, curtains blocking the light (at worst, seal with a film) and do not open the windows.
Here is the temperature and humidity: https://www.dell.com/ua/business/p/poweredge-r710/pd everything is there.
You also need to find out how much power you can allocate for this server room, it's still an apartment.
