Separating date and time fields in ASP.MVC view?

The model has a field of type DateTime. How to make this field divided into 2 in the view: the date and time and the values from these fields are "glued" and placed in one field of the model

Yes, this is understandable .. but how to send this data from the view to the controller and where to process it for placement in the model?
