Is it possible to start learning ASP.NET with basic knowledge of C#?

I've been learning C# for over two weeks now. Although not drawn to the web, I would like to practice. Should I, with the basic knowledge of sharpe (read one book), start to delve into ASP.NET and practice, and expand my knowledge? And when compared with other frameworks, like Django, etc., is it easier, and it will not be difficult to master it (at least at a basic level)? And what articles, books are ideal for learning ASP.NET?

God... Is it really that hard?
UPD:
Books: The

UPD2: I also studied Django, and I can say that it is difficult. Even with video tutorials and books, it's difficult. Because you start to get confused with all the configurations and at first it is difficult to understand all this at all. It's worth learning simply because of the syntax of Python and because it runs the server instead of you. But a bunch of files will confuse you a lot.
