SEO: What URL to choose for product pages in an online store?

Hi all!
I choose the URL for the product pages of the online store. At first there
was this option:
example.com/product/12345/big-black-hat
Then I thought that I could do without ProductID :
example.com/product/big-black-hat ?" And I did this: example.com/big-black-hat I understand that the last , shortest option is best, but: a) I don’t really like how it looks, b) it is more difficult to implement. So the question is: Will there be a big difference from these changes in terms of SEO?

It is clear that it is impossible to answer 100% here, but I have no practical experience in SEO. I would like to hear the opinions of people who have this experience.

the most beautiful option is 3, it is also the most inconvenient in terms of implementation, because besides the goods, there are probably other URLs associated with actions of a different nature. For example, contacts, feedback, a list in the basket, etc.
The id of the product in the URL today is clearly bad manners, so we reject option 1 right away.
Therefore, option 2 and all its variations win, where the controller is separated from the action in the url logically. As already mentioned above - the uniqueness of the product alias will also be a non-trivial task, but it is solved by a number of measures, if you have any questions - unsubscribe).

Like this - as optimal as possible:
1. example.com/product/big-black-hat/123456 (main: for PS)
2. example.com/product/123456 (mirror: for PS and direct entry of URL by users)
3. example .com/p/123456 (mirror: for PS, URL-sharing and direct user input of URL)
4. example.com/123456 (mirror: for PS, URL-sharing and direct user input of URL)
5. example.com/QR (
QUERY -ROUTE - any custom search GET request) when in the middle - the relevance to the search query is lost.
