Are pictures hosted on a third-party server considered as spam?

Hello! I have this question: on the site, all images are stored on a third-party server (Amazon S3), respectively, these are external links, and there are more than 100,000 of them, the address of the images looks like https:// (here is my domain) us.s3.amazonaws. com/cache/1e/78/1e78ced29696433bca03cf6aaec80834.jpg?Signature=3JR1wQliNHTQcXreeEw5fI%2BTJPk%3D&Expires=1462261737&AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAJJO37X4YHT5REIZA Does Yandex's Minusinsk filter think it's spamming or not? If someone has experience with Amazon S3 or other similar services, please share, have you faced any sanctions from search engines because of this? Should such links be closed in <noindex>?

Don't worry, there is no spamming from this. The main thing is that the pictures are available on time) There is no need to close the index.

A little offtopic, but using Amazon route 53 you can make a subdomain to a site, for example img.site.ru, and the pictures will be available at img.site.ru/cache/1e/78/1e78ced29696433bca03cf6aaec80834.jpg
