Why does Yandex search show my site with a different name and without a description?

I added a description and a specific title to the main page of the site (index.php). Yandex, when searching for it, does not write anything and knocks out a different name (not the domain, but the title of the page)

Re-indexing of sites by search engines does not happen instantly, but takes quite a long time (unless you are a very popular newsreader). You just need to wait for reindexing and updating information about your page in search engines.
